Krishi SahacharYour Farm’s Trusted Companion.

Krishi Sahachar is not being built as just another agriculture information app. Our direction is to build a trust-led digital agriculture ecosystem connecting farmer decisions, learning, collective collaboration, market access and long-term prosperity.

Trust. Transparency. Truth.

Information exists, but the decision, market and prosperity journey remains fragmented.

The problem is not simply that farmers need technology. The real gaps sit in decision context, the knowledge last mile and structured market access.

Fragmented decisions

Weather, crop stage, crop health, daily work, schemes and market information often exist in separate places.

Knowledge last-mile gap

Agriculture knowledge may exist, but technical language, scattered formats and limited repeatable local-language learning can make practical use difficult.

Individual farmer vs organised market

A single farmer may face limitations in aggregation, quality readiness, bargaining visibility and structured buyer access.

Market price is not market access

A price does not answer who needs the crop, required quantity, quality, grade, delivery window, storage choice, processing opportunity or export readiness.

Response after visible damage

Future support should move toward verified early-warning and emergency workflows only when reliable data and partnerships exist.

Prosperity is not one fake income number

Better decisions, risk awareness, cost visibility, market readiness, value addition and trusted opportunities together support prosperity.

A trust foundation for clearer decision support.

These are presented as prototype and validation foundations, not as fully connected production services.

  • Marathi-first farmer experience

  • shared weather-context foundation
  • crop-stage and daily-task foundation
  • AI Guide foundation

Why We Started Krishi Sahachar

We both come from farming families. Our fathers are farmers. Agriculture, therefore, is not merely a subject of study, business or technology for us—it is part of the everyday reality of our homes and lives.

From an early age, we witnessed the preparation before sowing, the wait for rain, rising cultivation costs, crop diseases, uncertainty in market prices and the pressure of harvest season. A delayed or incorrect decision does not affect only a crop; it can affect a farming family’s income, planning and confidence for an entire year.

During the lockdown, we spent almost a full year working directly on farms. We participated in activities from sowing and crop care to harvesting. Even today, whenever time permits—during holidays and important stages of the farming season—we remain connected to work on the farm. The challenges farmers face are not issues we have only read about in reports; we have experienced them firsthand.

That experience made one thing clear: farmers possess hard-earned knowledge, resilience and decision-making ability, but timely, local and trustworthy information connected to the actual condition of their crop is often missing. Information is fragmented, sometimes delayed, and the source or limitations of advice are not always clear.

That is why Krishi Sahachar was started.

We do not want to build just another app that displays agricultural information. We want to build a trusted digital companion that helps farmers make clearer, safer and more responsible decisions—in their language and with the context of their crop stage and situation.

Our goal is not to make decisions on behalf of farmers. It is to empower them with clearer information, transparent boundaries, a path to verification and the next safe step.

Trust. Transparency. Truth.

Seven verification-centered paths for future collaboration.

This is not a list of current partnerships. It is an honest map of collaboration that may be needed to build a responsible pilot.

FPOs & Farmer Groups

Collective readiness, aggregation and market pathways.

Women Farmers & SHGs

Learning, schemes, financial awareness, value addition and women-led enterprise pathways.

Agronomists, KVKs & Knowledge Institutions

Local validation, farmer-safe guidance and digital learning pathways; no current KVK partnership is claimed.

Processors, Buyers & Value-Chain Partners

Verified requirement discovery, quality readiness and farmer/FPO cluster pathways.

Export & Market Readiness

Quality, residue awareness, traceability, aggregation and export-readiness direction.

Post-Harvest & Rural Enterprise

Grading, storage, processing, value addition and rural-enterprise opportunity mapping.

Livestock & Dairy Collaboration

Learning, verified service pathways and collective dairy/value-chain opportunity exploration.

In the future, Krishi Sahachar aims to become a trust-led, verification-centered digital bridge connecting farmers, FPOs, women SHGs, agriculture knowledge institutions, processors, exporters, retail and institutional buyers. This is a roadmap direction, not a claim of an existing partnership or buyer network.
